SUNY Canton Commends Law Enforcement Academy Graduates

Nine students recently completed the rigorous and extensive training to become police officers through the David Sullivan-St. Lawrence County Law Enforcement Academy at SUNY Canton.

“Much like our academic programs, the Law Enforcement Academy has a tradition of graduating students who immediately start in their chosen careers,” said SUNY Canton President Joseph L. Kennedy. “The majority of students graduating have already gained employment with area law enforcement agencies.”

Some students enroll as Academy cadets while taking college courses.
