Students and community members who are in need of business attire are invited to SUNY Canton’s annual Professional Clothing Fair being held March 28 to 30 in the Dana Hall gymnasium.
The event, which is co-sponsored by the St. Lawrence County Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), begins with a special student-only day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 28.
Community members are welcome to browse men’s and women’s gently used clothing from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 30.
“This event helps students and community members look their best and make a lasting positive impression, whether it be at a career fair, a job interview or in the workplace,” said SUNY Canton Associate Director of Human Resources Nancy A. Rowledge.
Those interested in donating gently used professional clothing items are asked to drop them off at Dana Hall anytime between March 25 and March 28. For more information, or to volunteer, contact Rowledge at (315) 386-7010.
